At Okaora, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, Okaora may cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative resolution at our discretion.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Return Policy.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.


EXCHANGES

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, Okaora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and help find an appropriate resolution.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right does not affect your other statutory consumer rights.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to process and post the refund.
